YOUR BRIDAL APPOINTMENT QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

We know you have lots of questions about bridal appointments, and rightly so—wedding gown shopping is a big deal! While we have a list of our FAQs here, there are a few you’ve been asking that we’ve never addressed, so we’re taking the opportunity to answer them now.

How do I book a bridal appointment?
Go to our STORES page (located on the upper right side of the homepage). From there, choose the store closest to you and click “Bridal Appointment.” You’ll be brought to a calendar where you can select the date and time that works best for your schedule.

The appointment form asked for gowns I was interested in. I filled it out, but would like to add a few more.
No worries—you’ll have a chance to mention the additions to your stylist when you arrive at the store for your appointment. You’ll have a walk-through of the gowns, where you can even select ones you hadn’t considered before.

What should I bring to my appointment?
We suggest that you bring your own nude undergarments. This may include a strapless bra, underwear, and/or shapewear. Also: shoes similar in height to what you’re hoping for in your wedding shoes. You may also want to bring a hairband or clip if you plan to wear your hair up.

What size gowns are available to try on?
We carry sample sizes 4 and 12 at every store. Our stylists have lots of tricks up their sleeves, so regardless of whether the gown fits perfectly, you’ll be able to envision how it will look on your unique body.
